Filson borosilicate glass fiber is characterized by a fast flow rate and high particle holding capacity, which can retain the tiny particles down to 0.5 microns in size. Further, it is capable of working in extremely high-temperature environments even reaching 550℃.
With a unique capillary fibre structure, Filson borosilicate glass fiber can absorb more water than equivalent cellulose papers, enabling the use of sample analyses and liquid scintillation counting (LSC). Besides, it keeps all its properties in contact with acid solution and/or basic solution at moderate concentrations.
